BAC in BLACK is BACK!

BAC in Black returns for round 2 by popular demand! 🙌🖤 This is a 60-min class with each format taught for 15-min segments. Members are encouraged to wear all black to ‘slay the class’, and may bring one free guest! Expected formats are HIIT, kickboxing, martial arts, traditional cardio, and circuit-style exercises. Let’s go! 💪
